Selling a home may be one of your family's greatest challenges. There are many issues to consider. Do you sell by owner, or should you work with a Realtor? Are you able to enter into a contract for purchase while you are trying to sell your home?

The truth is that each family and each situation is unique and the assistance of our office could bring you closer to your end goal.

Prior to marketing your home, whether by-owner or with a Realtor, it is essential that you talk to an attorney. If you are selling by-owner, you want to be sure you have all the tools necessary to negotiate with your purchaser. If will be selling with a Realtor, it may be a good idea to relay your intentions to an attorney to determine any legal barriers ahead of time.

If you are looking to enter into a new contract to purchase while you are still selling your current home, it is critical that you have an attorney carefully review all the terms and provisions contained in your home-sale contingency. Often times such contingency is complex and requires additional attention than other contingencies.

Our office is ready to assist you with any questions or issues you have. The earlier you engage us, the sooner we could work to make sure that your sale strategies are sound and serve your best interest.

Our fees are generally a fixed rate which will include reviewing the contract, preparing the title, acquiring all necessary paperwork for closing and attending the closing.  Should you wish to obtain an estimate of the fees to represent you in your sale, please do not hesitate to contact us.
