We pride ourselves on meeting
your legal needs in real estate, estate planning, and beyond. Our niche in the market is
that we tackle just about all legal aspects of real estate. While we handle basic
residential transactions on a daily basis, we also handle commercial
closings, landlord/tenant issues, municipal property matters,
foreclosures and foreclosure defense, evictions, housing court,
post-closing matters, and title insurance review and claims. A natural link to these
practice areas was to be able to assist clients in their estate
planning and corporate matters, which we also do. Having this detailed
background enables us to not only gain business from the traditional
sources (word-of-mouth, realtors, lenders), but also other attorneys
who confine their practice to residential closings only and are
looking for an experienced referral. While our home office is in
Mount Prospect, our practice takes us from Northern Lake County to
Rockford to DeKalb to the Southern Suburbs.
Our goal is to leave
a positive impression with our client on the first transaction so
that they will feel confident in retaining and referring us to
others in the future.
The majority of our
new clients can be traced to a referral from an existing client or a
professional we work with frequently. Our marketing targets would
