In 2003, Strauss & Watychowicz, P.C. was founded by Kenneth S. Strauss and Mark Watychowicz with a focus on providing top service with reasonable fees.  Several thousand real estate closings have been completed successfully.  Thousands more court cases have been presented by the partners and their associates before chancery, housing and forcible (eviction) courts in all Chicagoland counties. In 2008, Kenneth Strauss joined a downtown firm and Strauss & Watychowicz, P.C. took on a new identity as Law Office of Mark J. Watychowicz, P.C.

Mark received his undergraduate degree in Philosophy from Benedictine University and his law degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois.  Through previous work experience, Mark gained an extensive background in estate planning, business/corporate law, real estate transactions, title insurance and foreclosure procedures.  Mark has represented international companies, assisted clients with effective corporate estate planning, and has been involved in thousands of real estate transactions. Additionally, Mark speaks conversational Polish.  Mark is a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Real  Estate Lawyer's Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
